Is this what you mean?

Apart from that you can use the map to fast travel to each outpost in campaigns but you have to have been to the outpost/town first before you can fast travel to it.

Northern and Southern Shiverpeaks are located in the same campaign as Kryta and the Maguuma Jungle - Prophecies.
I assume that you recently reached Northern Shiverpeaks and would like to travel elsewhere.

So first of all, there's map travel - you can just hit M in game and instantly port to any outpost that you've visited previously. They are marked by circular 'pins', sometimes bearing an icon of a town for capital or more important locations. You can double click any of them and teleport there, just like that.
Then there's campaign travel that takes you to another continent (or to previously unavailable parts of Tyria with EotN). Basically, you have to reach a port town of the campaign you're currently in (Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center or Kamadan) and do a short quest there, as is explained in detail in the link provided by Zebi above.

like in Skyrim.

Think this apart from the main missions. For instance, i made a quest in X zone but have to transit to Y zone at another continent for the next and haven't been travel there. What should i do?

You walk. Each region of the continent, however, is reachable by doing the storyline missions (and it's the only way to get to the Crystal Desert and Ring of Fire Islands) and there shouldn't be any quests sending you somewhere you haven't already reached via the missions. Except maybe for the War in Kryta, which seems to be able to start even if you've only completed EotN.

Perhaps if you tell us where you currently are and where (and why!) you think you need to get somewhere, we can give better answers.

EDIT [moved directions further down]

i know map travel which i often use. However, in this stage of the game,
my location is Lion's Arch and have three goals to go.

1) i have to find which i should get the next main mission from?

2) i have to go any outpost which i haven't discovered yet. How to do?

3) My inevitable goal is visiting the Granite's Citadel in order to equip the
Elite Cabal or Elite Necrotic Armor. How?

So, you express that passing to other continents are only possible if you have reached them before by doing main missions?

as i can remember, my current missions were

hungry devourer

family ties

supplies for the duke

and

one more. (a zaishen combat mission i suppose)

If you really want to avoid doing the missions...

* From Yak's Bend (where the skills trainer gives you the primary quest to go to the Borlis Pass mission to continue the storyline), it's north to Iron Horse Mine
* West to Anvil Rock (stop in at Ice Tooth Cave on the west side)
* Southwest to Deldrimor Bowl (Beacon's Perch in the southeast has the primary quest to direct you to the next mission and you can usually find runners to take you down Lornar's Pass to Droknar's Forge in the Southern Shiverpeaks)
* South to the Griffon's Mouth (or west from Beacon's Perch)
* Southish to Scoundrel's Rise. You are now in Kryta.
* Southwest to North Kryta Province (southeast is the mission you got sent to via primary quests)
* West to Nebbo Terrace (though south gets you to Lion's Arch and the next primary quest from Armen the Guide)
* South to Bergen Hot Springs (you DEFINITELY want to stop in here to get the waypoint because the HARD part is coming up)
* West from Bergen, through craptons of undead, to the Cursed Lands
* West (northwest exit's easiest, IMHO) to the Black Curtain, through more undead. Stop at the Temple of Ages so you can get a party of 8.
* West to the Talmark Wilderness (may wish to take a detour here and go south to Tears of the Fallen and then Stingray Strand to get Fisherman's Haven and then further south down the Strand for the Sanctum Cay mission, which you need to unlock the Crystal Desert)
* (back up to Talmark and go) Northwest to Majesty's Rest
* West through to the Sage Lands, avoiding the NASTY in the middle of the green part, and you are officially in the Maguuma Jungle.
* Go to the Druid's Overlook in the south central Sage Lands for the next primary quest.

Overall, though, it is a LOT easier to just do the primary quests and missions to get to each area.

Don't confuse missions and quests. If you find yourself lost, visit the page i mentioned earlier for step-by-step summary of all primary quests and missions, as well as NPCs that let you start them, and so on. Basically, follow the quest marks you get after you hit L and choose the primary quest. If you have none, hit M and check if there are any missions you haven't done yet.

Well, walk there. Leave the closest outpost and go towards it. Sometimes you have to zone between two explorable areas, sometimes it's enough to cross one to get to another outpost.
Usually quests guide you to the most important outposts, so you can just stick with following the primary questline.

That's far ahead of you.
After you complete the Crystal Desert missions, you'll end up in Southern Shiverpeaks. After beating the first two missions there, just run to the Citadel.

Just reading this and your other posts, and I think you're having a problem following the intended primary path through the game.

This wiki page describes the flow for Prophecies

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_...primary_quests

And this one is the page with the links to all of the campaigns flow descriptions.
